This service is provided by ventit. By using ventit, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By accessing or using ventit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What ventit is

ventit is an anonymous digital venting tool. The words you type or speak never leave your device. We do not store, transmit, or review your vent content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes:

• Using ventit for unlawful, fraudulent, or spam purposes
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Attempting to disrupt, scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the app
• Uploading malware or interfering with security measures

Intellectual property

ventit retains ownership of the service, software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal emotional venting.

Payments

The $4.99 lifetime unlock is a one-time payment processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Service level

ventit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ventit is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
